Poster session is scheduled on the Day 2 of the Congress, during the lunch break period.
During the time planned for the posters presentation the presenters are expected to be at their posters and discuss their work with the viewers .
All presenters are supposed to bring the posters for mounting on Thursday morning, November 9th.
The posters should be mounted no later than 17:00 on November 9th and be available for seeing until November 11th.
POSTER PREPARATION
The poster should be made in standard A0 format (118,9 cm x 84,1 cm) – portrait format.
Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top of the poster.
The content should be readable from a distance of 2 m.
POSTER PRIZE
The poster prize will be awarded to the best poster assessed by the Scientific Committee
The winner of the poster prize will be announced at the closing ceremony
